Much of Marysville was built in the last 25 years, so a lot of the houses here came with a builder-grade heat pump or gas furnace. Those systems are now hitting the age where capacitors, blower motors and igniters start to go. We fix them, and when one isn’t worth fixing we’ll quote a replacement without pushing. Heat pump repair and furnace repair are most of what we do here in the fall.
Bonus rooms over the garage are the classic problem in newer Marysville homes. Usually it’s thin insulation in the knee walls or a duct run that’s too long. A ductless mini-split for that one room, or better insulation, fixes it for good.
