The Highlands is full of mid-century ramblers and split-levels, and a lot of them still have the furnace that came with the house. When it starts making noise or the bills climb, we look at it honestly. Sometimes a tune-up and a new part is all it needs. Sometimes it’s time to talk about a heat pump.
